For those who want a seamless, guided experience from start to finish. We design and manage every element — from creative direction to guest experience — so you can focus on being present.
This service includes:
– Creative Direction: complete event concept, styling, and final design touches
– Planning & Coordination: venue scouting, vendor curation, budget management, production timeline, and full logistical oversight, including multi-day events
– On-Site Execution & Guest Experience: supervision and execution, concierge service
– Ongoing Guidance: unlimited support throughout the planning process
OUR SERVICESPARTIAL PLANNING
For those who wish to plan most of their event themselves but want expert guidance, structure, and support to keep their vision aligned.
This service includes:
– Professional Guidance: unlimited consultation, advice, and planning sessions
– Vendor & Venue Support: recommendations, detailed timeline, and coordination one month before the event
– On-Site Assistance: supervision from preparations through the final moments
Note: all vendor communication and execution remain under your responsibility until one month before the event.
OUR SERVICESEVENT COORDINATION
For those who have completed their planning but want professional coordination to ensure a seamless celebration. We step in during the final weeks to manage logistics, vendor communication, and every detail on the day itself.
This service includes:
– Final Planning & Vendor Coordination: consultations, communication with confirmed vendors, and timeline/floor plan distribution
– Day-of Management: on-site supervision (10–12 hours), catering coordination, and oversight of all guest details
– Styling & Execution: final touches on place cards, seating plans, favors, and overall presentation
Note: If you later move to Full Planning, this fee is deducted from the total Full Planning rate.
