– Full logistical coordination, including multi-day events

OUR SERVICESPARTIAL PLANNING
GUIDED PLANNING EXPERIENCE
For couples who wish to plan most of their wedding themselves but want expert direction, structure, and assistance along the way. We provide the guidance and support to keep your vision aligned and a seamless planning.
This service includes:
– Unlimited consultation, advice, and professional guidance
– Venue and vendor recommendations
– Twice-monthly 1-hour planning sessions to review progress and next steps
– Detailed event timeline and vendor coordination one month before the celebration
– On-site coordination from preparations through to the final moments
Please note: within this package, all vendor communication and execution remain under the couple’s responsibility until one month before the event.
OUR SERVICESWEDDING COORDINATION
EVENT MANAGEMENT & EXECUTION
For couples who have completed their planning but want professional coordination to ensure a seamless celebration. We take over in the final weeks to oversee logistics, communicate with vendors, and manage every detail on the day itself.
This service includes:
– Unlimited consultations on logistics one month prior to the celebration
– Contact and coordination with all confirmed vendors
– Creation and distribution of the final event timeline and floor plans
– Day-of management from preparations to the cake moment
(10–12 hours on-site)
– Coordination with catering regarding allergies, timing, and speeches
– Final styling of guest details: place cards, seating plan, and favors
If you start planning on your own and later decide to move to full planning, this fee will be deducted from the total Full Planning rate.

For couples who need expert support on specific aspects of their wedding or wish to elevate a self-planned celebration. This is a flexible, à-la-carte service — perfect for focused guidance, creative input, or expert help on particular elements of your event.
This service includes:
– Unlimited consultations on logistics one month prior to the celebration
– Contact and coordination with all confirmed vendors
